Police Character Certificate (PCC)

The Embassy is providing following options for issuance of Police Clearance/Character Certificate.

 

Option l - Police Khidmat Markaz Global Portal (PKM Global)

It is to inform that people belonging to Islamabad Capital Territory, Punjab, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) province can apply for Police Character Certificate through Police Khidmat Markaz Global Portal. This facility is available now at the Embassy of Pakistan, The Hague.

Applicants are required to visit the Embassy in person along with required documents.

Requirements for applying through PKM Global Portal

  • Book your appointment with the Embassy by calling 0703648948 from Monday to Friday between 1000 to 1200 Hrs.
  • Visit the Embassy in person on given date and time.
  • Bring your Original valid CNIC/NICOP and Pakistani / Foreign Passport / Dutch Residence Permit.
  • Payment of Euro. 35/- to be paid at the Embassy counter through PIN (debit card only). NO cash payment is accepted.

 

It will take minimum 2 to 3 weeks to process and receive your Police Clearance/Character Certificate. Once your certificate is received, you will be informed accordingly.

 

 

Option ll

Currently applicants from other Provinces (Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) can only avail option II

  • Make an Authority Letter in the name of any relative in Pakistan. For Draft Authority Letter Click Here
  • Book your appointment with the Embassy by calling 0703648948 from Monday to Friday between 1000 to 1200 Hrs.
  • Bring valid original and photocopy of Pakistan IDs (Passport and CNIC) along with your unsigned Authority Letter for attestation by the Embassy. You will be required to sign the Authority Letter in front of Embassy official.
  • Payment of Euro. 35/- as attestation fee to be paid at the Embassy counter through PIN (debit card only). NO cash payment is accepted.
  • Send this Attested Authority Letter to Pakistan to your relative who will process your Police Clearance from concerned Police Station.
  • After getting (Police Clearance) make sure it is attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad or regional offices in all provincial capitals before it is returned back to you.
  • You need to attest your (Police Clearance) from this Embassy before you show it to local authorities in the Netherlands
