The Government of Pakistan has introduced a Sponsorship Scheme in Hajj Policy 2024 for facilitation of Overseas Pakistanis. Through this Scheme, overseas Pakistanis can:
i. Sponsor himself/herself or anyone else for Hajj without balloting.
ii. Apply for Hajj even if they have performed Hajj in the last five years unlike the applicants of Regular Scheme.
Out of the total Government Hajj Quota, 25000 seats have been reserved for this Scheme which will be filled on first come first served basis. Hajj fees/dues are required to be remitted in USD to the Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Islamabad's accounts through the SWIFT banking system (details of accounts are mentioned in the attached image).
Pakistani community members residing in the Netherlands are encouraged to avail the benefit of above mentioned scheme.
The last date for submission of applications for the sponsorships Scheme is 12th December 2023.
